Having only very recently published the creative Potential Upcoming Projects feature on Nina Dobrev Network; a major response has already occurred as none other than actor and star of True Lies; Tom Arnold had his say on the possibility of True Lies 2 with Nina as a lead villain.
You can see Tom Arnold’s response on his official Twitter profile below:
She's great. You know else is? @elizadushku The more bad ass women the better although I'd like to see a couple old guys. I'd love 2 do it 2 https://t.co/ZYn6MdNin8

As a huge fan of True Lies, I can categorically state that the action comedy is one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s very best films and is worthy of at least one sequel. After all, if Crash Bandicoot can make a return in 2017 for its 20th anniversary, then why can’t True Lies make an equally enormous comeback upon its 25th anniversary in 2019?
You can read the Potential Upcoming Projects feature including the full pitch of Nina’s True Lies 2 role.

To celebrate the theatrical release of Flatliners starring Nina Dobrev, I have just had the delight of publishing a new, fresh creative feature that looks at Nina Dobrev’s potential future projects throughout movies, television, videogames, fashion and modelling, music videos and pretty much everything else besides.
The feature will be continually updated whenever casting for a role that perfectly suits Nina comes to light. You can find the new Potential Future Projects feature on the Nina page.
I would personally really appreciate your support in reading the feature and sharing it amongst fellow fans of Nina Dobrev’s unique talents; as I have written this feature over the course of six months or so, putting a lot of thought and research into it in the process. I hope you are as entertained by reading it as I was inspired in writing it.

Child actor Finn Wolfhard is joining Nina Dobrev in the recently confirmed film Dog Days as a character named Tyler. It may not usually be a big news story for a child actor to be joining the cast of a film, but at the time of writing; Finn Wolfhard is ranked 4th in popularity on IMDB due to his starring roles and highly regarded performances in TV series Stranger Things and horror thriller It; therefore making this cast announcement a big deal. Finn Wolfhard is a young actor who is going places after he and his fellow cast on Stranger Things won the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2017.
Dog Days tells the story of a group of interconnected people in Los Angeles who discover each other through the love of their pet dogs. Dog Days is scheduled to start filming before the end of 2017 with Ken Marino in place to direct a story written by Elissa Matsueda and Erica Oyama.

Nina did not win the award she was individually nominated for in the Choice Action Movie Actress category, although The Vampire Diaries won the Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show award; which was a fitting end with the show having aired the finale of its eighth and final season on Friday, March 10th 2017 on The CW in America that included Nina’s triumphant return to the series as both Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce. Meanwhile, Kat Graham who portrayed Bonnie Bennett on The Vampire Diaries won the Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress award.
Julie Plec summed it up beautifully in a series of tweets congratulating everyone involved in The Vampire Diaries, an extraordinary thank you to all the fans and a special congratulation to Kat Graham:
Well holy shit, one of the #tvd writers just emailed me congratulating me on the Teen Choice Award and I HAD NO IDEA.
— Julie Plec (@julieplec) August 14, 2017
There was also success for Nina’s recent collaborator Vin Diesel; as The Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 won the Choice Sci-Fi Movie award in which Vin Diesel voices Baby Groot, although rather surprisingly The Return of Xander Cage and Fate of the Furious did not win any awards.
