TV Guide‘s William Keck has a sneak peek at Katerina, a.k.a the November 11th episode of The Vampire Diaries, a.k.a. the big flashback to Katherine’s origins in late 15th century Bulgaria. In addition to giving us a nice, new episode still, Keck talks with Nina Dobrev and Julie Plec on what to expect from this highly-anticipated episode.
“We find out how she became a vampire and what led her to become the person she is today — a selfish, maniacal woman who only looks out for herself,” says Nina, who was born in Bulgaria and speaks Katherine’s native tongue. How she’s turned is a big secret, as is the identity of a new menace we’ll meet from the same era, who will journey to present-day Mystic Falls.

Every week Vampire Diaries gets better and better the show has an amazing writing team but not only that an amazing cast that knows how to act! Nina though has been kicking ass so badly this season its crazy each week she is blowing me away and leaving me at the edge of my seat by her performance as Elena and Katherine , I don’t know HOW she does it but she does and she does one hell of a job, Thank YOU Nina for entertaining us each week we all love you for it!
