Nina sat down with imagista for an Interview and of course a gorgeous photo shoot check out a snippet below:
Imagista: This is such a crazy industry and there is so much pressure on actors, how do you stay grounded?
Nina Dobrev: I don’t know, I think it is all about the people you surround yourself with. I didn’t live in LA for a really long time, so in my formative years I didn’t have those negative influences, I wasn’t tempted by the things that most people get tempted by in LA. Now, I am here as an adult but I am too old and tired to go out. I have surrounded myself with a great group of people who I love and care about and who call me on my shit. They are real and they are grounded and they aren’t all in the industry, which is very important. I also travel a lot, I am in LA when I need to be and then I like discovering the world.Imagista: Where is your favorite place to travel?
Nina Dobrev: That’s hard, I love France, you can’t beat it, it is really one of the most magical places in the world.Imagista: You touched on social media a little bit and it is no secret that you have a huge following. Do you think this has impacted your career in any way?
Nina Dobrev: Instagram didn’t exist when I got the role in Vampire Diaries, so no, I don’t think so. My following sort of grew as the show did and my fans are incredibly supportive and sweet and they have been along for the ride the entire time with me. Continue Reading at imagista

Nina looked absolutely gorgeous last night at the 2019 Met Gala in New York wearing a Custom Zac Posen x GE Additive x Protolabs bustier. The bustier is made of Somos Watershed XC 11122 Plastic and printed on a stereolithography (SLA) machine. The printing and finish of the bustier took over 200 hours.

Marisa Meltzer: Do you miss filming in Atlanta?
Nina Dobrev: When I was on the The Vampire Diaries I was in Atlanta for like 6 years. I still have a house there—I put a lot of time and energy and money into decorating it. The city is so cool and booming and growing in a way. Almost all of the Marvel movies shoot in Atlanta. You’ll be out, and run into Captain America or Tony Stark.
MM: I’ve heard there are a lot of movies being shot in Hungary.
ND: In Bulgaria, where I’m from, there’s a big movie studio. But I’ve never shot back home, which is sad for my family. My family is like, “why don’t you shoot here?” My grandparents and cousin and dad all live there.
MM: I had a friend who lived in Hungary who said it had the best yogurt in the world.
ND: That’s news to me, I’m not a big dairy fan in general, I’m dairy-free. I eat meat, though. Continue Reading at Story + Rain
