Nina’s Journey

When I was 17 I spent three life-changing weeks in Kenya building a Free The Children school. I saw how local kids were so excited to learn that they would walk miles across the savannah for the chance to work on the foundation. The star-studded flag football game goes live at DTV SuperFan Stadium (Hudson River Park Pier 40) on the world’s largest indoor beach, packed with more than a million pounds of freshly poured sand.
