Nina Dobrev’s 23rd birthday bash

Thanks to Ruthie for the heads up and Angie for sending these over some pretty awesome photos of Nina from her 23rd Birthday Bash check them out.

On Saturday evening, friends and cast mates of The CW’s Vampire Diaries came together for a one-of-kind 23rd birthday party for Nina Dobrev at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta.  The guests, including Ian Somerhalder, Steven McQueen, Candice Accola, Zach Roerig and Joseph Morgan learned how to prepare a delicious gourmet meal from Chef instructor Dan Harrar and President of Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta Dr. Glenn Mack consisting of:

·         Hors d’oeuvre: Thai Chicken Satay Kebab

·         Appetizer: Coconut Milk and Lemongrass Steamed Thai Mussels

·         Salad: Seared Salmon and Tuna Salad with Avocado, Beets and Lemon Vinaigrette

·         Dessert: Warm Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

As a special treat, Le Cordon Bleu also surprised Nina with an amazing Vampire Diaries inspired cake made of Devil’s Food with raspberry jam and butter cream.  It looked like the actual diary from the show, complete with the mystical necklace Nina’s character wears.
