Having only very recently published the creative Potential Upcoming Projects feature on Nina Dobrev Network; a major response has already occurred as none other than actor and star of True Lies; Tom Arnold had his say on the possibility of True Lies 2 with Nina as a lead villain.
You can see Tom Arnold’s response on his official Twitter profile below:
She's great. You know else is? @elizadushku The more bad ass women the better although I'd like to see a couple old guys. I'd love 2 do it 2 https://t.co/ZYn6MdNin8

As a huge fan of True Lies, I can categorically state that the action comedy is one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s very best films and is worthy of at least one sequel. After all, if Crash Bandicoot can make a return in 2017 for its 20th anniversary, then why can’t True Lies make an equally enormous comeback upon its 25th anniversary in 2019?
You can read the Potential Upcoming Projects feature including the full pitch of Nina’s True Lies 2 role.

On Sale Today Rogue’s Fall Issue N°7, Nina discusses her upcoming movie Lucky Day which she is currently filming, Flatliners(in Theaters now) and also her exit from The Vampire Diaries. She discusses plenty more but go out and grab yourself a copy!
On her upcoming film Lucky Day: “Of all the roles I’ve done so far it’s the biggest departure I’ve had to tackle, because I have to speak French and have an accent. By the time this comes out I think my hair will be cut shorter. I’m excited about that.”
On her new movie Flatliners: “It’s such a unique concept, the idea of dying and coming back to life– everybody at some point wonders what happens after we pass away– where do we go? Are we just here for a short amount of time and then nothing? Is that it? There are so many questions. I’ve always wondered about it, so the fact that this film explores that concept was very intriguing to me,”
On leaving The Vampire Diaries before the show ended: “I’ve always wanted to take big risks. I started Vampire Diaries when I was 20, and I was playing a young teenage girl. I also played Katherine, this ancient vixen who was manipulative and crazy. Then I grew into myself as a woman– I found that part of myself while playing that role– I grew with the show and I wanted to continue to grow outside of it. Mentally, it was a crazy time. I was 27 when I left the show, I was ready to do something different. I wanted to prove everyone wrong who said I would play this one role my whole life or be stuck playing younger roles.”
