In this episode, It’s Elena’s birthday! We find out what the whole gang has been up to, a character dies, two characters do something everyone has been waiting for, a heartbreaking hold on or goodbye moment , and someone is EXPOSED.

We start out this episode in Tennessee? Klaus today, is on his mission to find a werewolf pack to turn into a hybrid pack and he goes to these girls’ house to torture them after they didn’t tell them what he wanted to know, but once he got his answer Klaus wasn’t the one to torture them, guess who? Stefan. Yes, I DID say that these past 2 months we haven’t been around Stefan has become a full on ripper with NO feelings, well maybe not.

So, we’re back in Mystic falls and the last time we saw Stefan, he was taking a large step toward his ripper days, and from Elena’s face you could obviously see that he’s still not back. It’s her birthday and she doesn’t even want a party, but when you tell the head of the prom committee that you don’t want a party…It totally means the opposite! Caroline is planning the party for Elena whether she likes it or not.

And, uh, Hello Mr. naked Damon! We find out Damon and Elena have been searching for Stefan for the past two months and when Elena walks in to tell him some updates, she “coincidentally” (yeah right Damon)  finds Damon wearing nothing but soap bubbles ( I know you want pictures!).

Looks like someone is ready for their party! Wow, look at the cute picture of Stefan and Elena, Remember this episode? It’s when she got the vervain necklace from Stefan, And look at that, Damon gets her the necklace that was gone for awile thanks to Katherine who took it when stealing Elena’s place in “Know Thy Enemy”, but it was found at Alaric’s finally. Sweet and Tender Damon and Elena moment as he puts it on for her.  “Shall we?” Damon asks Elena, she replies by locking her arms with his and they commence into the party full of drunken seniors.

Party time!! Elena is ALREADY drinking? And Jeremy is already smoking? Who knows whats next? Damon and Elena exchange some funny lines for the night Damon wants to know where Jeremy’s stash is and Elena calls him an ass ( I can def picture Damon and Alaric smoking it up.)

We sink a little more deeper into the party and Elena is already trying to escape? She goes into Damon’s room, where she finds Caroline drinking some blood. These two get into a discussion about how Elena needs to move on with her life, Elena doesn’t want too until she knows Stefan is alive, that’s her wish for her Birthday. Then Elena walks around and what does she find in Damon’s closet? Damon’s “Stefan and Klaus’ tracking laboratory”. When Elena finds a lead to Stefan she gets it from a newspaper and now Damon secretly had a bunch of them.

Where is Stefan you ask? Good Question. He was in Tennessee where he cut up two women into bite-sized pieces and then went to a bar with Klaus to track a werewolf. Goal? Klaus wants to find where the werewolf pack is, so he can turn them all into Hybrids for his army. But, Later on Stefan came back for a little visit to Mystic falls and lured Damon to  dark T.V studio where Andi works, and he threatened to kill Andi if Damon didn’t stop looking for him, and eventually Andi died because Stefan told her to jump off of a high place and then SMACK! she hit the ground and instantly dies. I feel really bad for Damon, don’t you? I mean he actually liked her and… he cared for her.

Damon comes home and Elena confronts him, only to find out that it’s Stefan that’s been doing all the killing in which Elena is in denial at first about. “Stefan’s never going to come back, not in your lifetime” Damon says to Elena. ( A pretty heartbreaking moment for not just Elena but Damon too, his brother is “gone” along with her boyfriend”.)
